I swore I'd never start a blog. I'm a lying hypocrite.
Sorry.
But I've been ill for a week now. No exercise for eight (count 'em) days. I think someone is sending me a message. And the message is 'start a blog, Mike'. Or it's the thing with the girl. One or the other.
I quit work, took some time out, climbed, skied, got bitten by a snake and my wayward yacht sank under me during a force nine gale. Oh, and I wrote a book.
Let's see what happens.
